Hardwood Hills, located just north of Barrie, On. has done a magnificent job this season keeping their trails groomed and ready for the Cross Country Skiing crowd.
Not counting the last 3 days and the days between Boxing Day / New Years we have had pretty much a snowless winter. Somehow, someway the crew at Hardwood makes the best from sporadic weather conditions. Whether you "Skate" or "Classic" ski the trails are manicured with care like Augusta would care for their golf course for the big tournament. My wife Heather has taken up Classic and absolutely loves it. Exercise, being outside, the thrill of the accomplishment makes it special. Thank you Hardwood Hills.
What does this have to do with Brodan you ask ? The answer is nothing. He's at home collecting & chopping wood for the fireplace. He's preparing the hot chocolate and getting ready to greet us with big huge wet kisses. Thanks Hardwood. Thanks Brodan.
