This past weekend Brodan took to the river. One problem. He drinks a gallon or two of river water while he swims. Yesterday early morning, we went for a 30 minute trail run, followed later in the morning by a good swim. Not only does he thoroughly enjoy swimming but what a great cardio work out. Do I buy him some goggles?
